HOMEMADE BEER BREAD: Bread

Prep time:5 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 1 can BEER (FRESH OR STALE)

  • 1/3 cup SUGAR

  • 3 cups SELF-RISING FLOUR

Step 1:

MIX TOGETHER ALL 3 INGREDIENTS. LUMPS MAY FORM BUT JUST MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ALL COMPLETELY MIXED TOGETHER.

Step 2:

POUR INTO A REGULAR LOAF PAN THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH NON STICK BUTTER SPRAY.

Step 3:

BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES. TAKE OUT OF PAN AND COAT ALL SIDES OF BREAD WITH A STICK OF SOFTENED BUTTER. IMMEDIATELY WRAP WITH SARAN WRAP AND LET COOL.

Step 4:

DELICIOUS TOASTED WITH YOUR FAVORITE JAM OR JELLY.
