Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Rolled Oats

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 Eggs

Step 1:

Combine all dry ingredients, then wet ingredients, then mix together. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 2:

Bake in a 8 inch square pyrex or casserole dish, greased or buttered at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour.

Step 3:

Can also be baked in greased, 4 inch mini casseroles for about 25 minutes.

Step 4:

Try serving with milk or cream, and raisins, chopped nuts, or dried cranberries.
