Vidalia Onion Pancakes: Appetizer-Snack

  • 1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped

  • 1 cup 1 cup beer, at room temperature

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups biscuit mix

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 cup Warm Beer

  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cups maple syrup

  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1:
