Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes

  • eggs
  • ripe bananas, mashed
  • salad oil
  • buttermilk
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • sugar
  • salt
  • baking soda
  • walnuts, chopped

  1. With electric mixer, beat eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla in large mixing bowl
  2. Gently mix in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
  3. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts.
