Chocolate Mousse: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs

Step 1:

Melt Chocolate over saucepan of hot water. Cool for several minutes.

Step 2:

Separate Eggs. Mix egg yolks with cooled chocolate. Whip out any lumps.

Step 3:

Whip egg whites till stiff and fold a little into chocolate mixture. Carefully fold in rest of egg whites.

Step 4:

Pour into ramekins and refridgerate till ready to eat.
