Chocolate Mousse

  • 3 Eggs

  1. Melt Chocolate over saucepan of hot water. Cool for several minutes.
  2. Separate Eggs. Mix egg yolks with cooled chocolate. Whip out any lumps.
  3. Whip egg whites till stiff and fold a little into chocolate mixture. Carefully fold in rest of egg whites.
  4. Pour into ramekins and refridgerate till ready to eat.
