Spinach Mushroom Eggs - Lo Carb

Ingredientes

  • 10 oz package frozen spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Eggbeaters
  • 3/4 cup 2 % cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped

  1. Cook spinach. Squeeze dry.
  2. Cook mushrooms and onions.
  3. Mix all ingredients
  4. Pour into muffin paper cups, sprayed with Pam.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (These can be frozen. Pop in microwave for 1 or 2 minutes.) Serves 6.
