Zucchini Chocolate Cake: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1/2 cup veg. oil

  • 1 3/4 cup Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa

  • 2 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1:

Cream butter, oil and sugar, add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk, mix well, add cocoa, flour, baking powder, soda and salt, mix well, then stir in the zucchihi and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top of cake, bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes.
