Mega Chocolate Chip Cookies: Dessert

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Butter

  • 3 Eggs

  • 2 cups Brown Sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla

  • 6 cups Flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

  • 32 oz Chocolate Chips

Step 1:

Beat Eggs for 4 minutes, then set aside.

Step 2:

Cream Butter and sugars till fluffy. Really fluffy. Add Vanilla. Add Beaten Eggs.

Step 3:

Sift Flour. Yes. Sift. Measure 6 cups...don't pack it in lightly. To the measured flour add salt and baking soda. Mix. Add dry to wet ingredients. Do not over-mix.

Step 4:

Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Use 1/2 cup batter to make each Mega Chocolate Chip cookie.

Step 5:

Bake at 350 for 13- 14 minutes on an insulated cookie sheet. Dough freezes well.
