Olive Tapenade: Appetizer-Snack

Servings: 6

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 1 cup pitted oil cured Nicoise olives, or 1 can

  • 6 pieces 6 sun dried tomatoes, reconstitute in water 1/2 hr

  • 1 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tablespoon capers

  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar or grape verjus

  • 2 pieces garlic gloves minced

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Step 1:

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until chunky smooth. Serve on 1/2 inch sliced baguette bread rounds.
