Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 oz sugar
  • 1 1/2oz sugar
  • 5 oz baking chocolate, semi-sweet
  • 3 cups whipping cream

  1. Seperate egg yolks from egg whites.
  2. Add 2 oz sugar to egg yolkes and beat.
  3. Add 1 1/2 sugar to egg whites and beat.
  4. Melt baking chocolate in double boiler.
  5. Beat whipping cream till stiff. Fold egg whites into egg yolkes. Add chocolate and stir. Mix in whipped cream. Serve chilled.
