Set oven to 325. grease baking sheet and cover with Rice Paper. Whisk egg whites in a bowl until very stiff.
Then, gradually fold in sugar and coconut.
Drop by dessertspoonfuls of the mixture on to the rice paper, allowing some space for spreading.
Bake for 15 minutes until beginning to brown on top. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before removal and separation.
