1 frozen bar of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Fresh blueberries
1 cup milk
1loaf of cinnamon raisin bread cubed
Prepare day before: Spray a loaf pan with Pam, oil spray. Layer cubed bread at the bottom, alternate layers of cubed cream cheese & blueberries. Put aside 1/2 cup berries.
Beat milk and eggs together and pour over loaf pan. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Take out next morning sprinkle with bakers sugar and bake at 350°F, covered with tin foil, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes.
Slice into 6 slices. Be sure to add the saved fresh blueberies,and fresh whipped cream when serving.
