Honey - Coconut Granola: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 15 cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • 2 cup Wheat Germ

  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 bag (14 ounces) flaked Coconut

  • 2 cup Almonds,

  • 1 cup Margarine

  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup Honey

  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step 1:

In a larege bown, combine oats, walnuts, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, coconut and walnuts.

Step 2:

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir margarine, brown sugar , honey, oil, vanilla and salt. Let it come to a boil then remove from heat.

Step 3:

Pour over oat mixture and stir to caot evenly. Pour into 3 large greased baking pans.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Add raisins if desiered. Store in an airtight container.
