Pecan Sour Cream Coffe Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 cups Flour

Step 1:

Cream sugar& butter.

Step 2:

Add eggs, one at a time.

Step 3:

Add vanilla & beat well.

Step 4:

Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.

Step 5:

Spread half of mixture in a well greased baking dish (9x12). Top with half filling: 1/3C brown sugar, 1/4C white sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, 1C chopped pecans - Mix well. Spread remainder of batter on top then the remainder of filling. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
