Maple Pecan French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Maple syrup

  • 1/2 cups butter

  • 1 cups Ground Pecans

  • 10 Slices of Thick Sliced-French Toast Bread

  • 2 cup Medium Weight Cream

  • 8 Eggs

Step 1:

in deep, 13 x 9" pan, pour melted butter, mix the maple syrup, pour over 1/2 C of pecans. Place the pieces of bread over the mixture.

Step 2:

Whip the eggs with the cream, pour over the top of the bread mixture.

Step 3:

Sprinkle remaining 1/2 C of ground pecans on the top.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 5:

Serve with either fruit/bananas are grea sliced on top or also with Maple Syrum over the serving.
