Stuffed Berry French Toast

Ingredientes

  • Large Loaf White Bread
  • 2 Bags Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Stick Melted Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Half and Half
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  1. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Place half in prepared 9/13 baking dish.
  2. Scatter cream cheese pieces over bread. Sprinkle berries over cream cheese.
  3. Cover the berries and cream cheese with remaining bread cubes.
  4. Mix Eggs, half and half, syrup and melted butter together. Pour over bread.
  5. Chill, covered over night. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
