3 Large eggs
1 cup Karo Syrup (Blue Label)
1/2 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 chopped Pecans
Beat the eggs and combine well with the other ingredients. Add 1 cup chopped pecans.
Pour into prepared unbaked pie shell.
Arrange the whole pecans on top to form attractive design.
Place on Baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and enjoy with whipped cream.
To make a chocolate pecan pie add 4 oz of good semi-sweet baking chocolate,melted.
