Dutch Apple Pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 3/4 cup flour

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 2-3 quart iron skillet.

Step 2:

Whirl eggs in blender for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, then flour.

Step 3:

Whirl for 30 seconds more, then pour batter into skillet.

Step 4:

Bake at 425 degrees until pancake is puffy and well-browned (20-25 Minutes).

Step 5:

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with sliced apples glazed in butter and brown sugar.
