Asa Ransom House Chocolate Mousse Pie: Dessert

Prep time:40 min

Step 1:

Pastry 2 cups flour 5oz. shortening 2 oz butter 2 tbls. water Mix well in food processor or mixer. Chill 1 hr. Roll out on floured pastry cloth.

Step 2:

1 cup Soft unsalted butter 1 cup Superfine granulated sugar Cream well until fluffy, add: 2 oz Cool melted bitter chocolate 1 teaspoon Vanilla Beat in well: add 1 egg Beat 3 min. then add 1 egg Beat 3 min. then add 1 egg Beat 3 min. then add 1 egg Beat 3 min. then Pour in cooled pie shell or stemed glasses. Chill 8 hrs. top with whipped cream
