Jammies: Dessert

Prep time:30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour

  • 3 cups oatmeal

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 2 cups melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 1/2 cups Raspberry or Apricot Jam

Step 1:

Heat oven to 350F

Step 2:

Mix all the dry ingredients together and add the melted butter until all is incorporated

Step 3:

Put 3/4 of the mix on a 12 x 16 inch baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pat down lightly

Step 4:

Spread Jam on the oat mixture. Sprinkle with the rest of the mix.

Step 5:

Bake approx 20 minutes until the jammies is golden brown and bubbly. Cut into squares while still warm. Enjoy
