CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN MUFFINS: Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 16oz can pumpkin

  • 1 1/2 cups veggie oil

  • 2 t baking soda

  • 2 t baking powder

  • 1 t cinnamon

  • 1 t salt

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Step 1:

In a large bowl beat egg, sugar, pumpkin, and oil until smooth. Combine all the other dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add them to the pumpkin mixture and mix slightly. Fold in the chocolate chips.Fill sprayed muffin liners or muffin tins and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minute
