Apple, Blueberry, Walnut baked pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Bisquick

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cups Apple

  • 3/4 cup Blueberries

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Step 1:

Mix bisquick, sugar,cinnamon,milk and eggs well. Stir in walnuts, blueberries, and chopped apples.

Step 2:

Pour into a greased 9x13 glass pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Cut into portions and serve while warm with maple syrup or make your own syrup.
