Shrimp Dijon

Ingredientes

  • 3 fl oz Dry White Wine
  • 16 Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Shallots
  • 4 tablespoons Herb Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 fl oz Brandy
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

  1. In Saute pan melt butter and saute shallots.
  2. Add dijon mustard and white wine.
  3. Add Shrimp and Saute approximately 2 minutes each side.
  4. Flame with Brandy (optional).
  5. Serve over cooked white or blend rice. Top with chopped parsley.
