Victorian Cobbler: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz frozen raspberries

  • 10 oz frozen strawberries, blueberies, or cranberries

  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup sugar, divided

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

Step 1:

Place berries, nuts, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of sugar in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 2:

In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, butter, eggs, and flower. Spread this batter over the berry mixture.

Step 3:

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and berry mixture is bubbly. Spoon into custard cups and serve warm.
