Black Russian Cake
- 1 package Devils Food Cake mix
- 1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 4 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 cup Cold, extra strong Coffee
- 1/2 cup Amaretto
- 1/2 cup Creme de Cacao
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 stick Butter, room temperature
- 8 oz package Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Sugar
- Beat first 7 ingredients until well mixed (2-3 minutes). Pour evenly in two 9" cake pans that have been coated with cooking spray. Bake in 350º preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool cake.
- Beat the butter, cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Frost cake and store in refrigerator.
