Green Onion and Apple Sausage

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground sage
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, fine diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Lemon, juiced

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form into 3/4 inch thick patties.
  3. In a cast iron skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage patties until center is no longer pink.
  4. Enjoy!
