White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 3 eggs Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup White Chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

  1. Separate egg whites from eggs. Whip egg white until soft peaks form.
  2. Whip egg white until soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly. Whip until stiff peaks have formed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cream until firm.
  4. Fold in chocolate into cream, then fold egg white mixture into it.
  5. Serve in high stem glass & chill for 30 min. Enjoy!
