1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoon Melted Butter
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
Whisk together eggs, milk, buttermilk, orange juice, vanilla after mixing add melted butter.
in a separate bowl combine the AP flour, Whole Wheat flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Drop onto a greased 350°F skillet (medium high). Note: this is a good time to personalize your pancakes add any of your favorites: blueberries, bananas, walnuts or chocolate chips. Once edges start to bubble flip over and cook until desired browning.
