LIGHT, FLUFFY, AND SIMPLE BREAKFAST SCONES: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Flour

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Fresh Fruit as desired

Step 1:

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and melted butter together.

Step 2:

Then add eggs and milk.

Step 3:

Add fresh fruit as desired.

Step 4:

Mix well. Drop on greased sheet tray.

Step 5:

Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 375 degree oven until just lightly golden.
