Blueberry Stuffed French Toast

Ingredientes

  • 12 slices Pepperidge Farm Br Sugar Swirl Bread or MB French Toast Bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 small package Blueberries

  1. Beat milk and eggs and set aside. Blend cream cheese with Powdered Sugar until smooth consistency
  2. Arrange 6 slices of bread in greased 9 X 13 glass oven proof dish
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the bread slices Add blueberries to top on cream cheese mixture ( about 9-10 to each slice
  4. Place second layer of bread over first matching up sides Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator
  5. Bake in a preheated oven 350' for 40-45 minutes until top is browned. Cut baked toast in half and serve with whipped cream, sliced strawberries and a few blueberries, also Vanilla yogurt is good.
