EGG CASSEROLE

Ingredientes

  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 dozen Eggs

  1. Blend first three ingredients ahead and place in refrigerator.
  2. Spread grated cheese in bottom of oiled casserole.
  3. Spread mixture over cheese.
  4. Whisk eggs and pour into casserole.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes. For creative additions add artichoke hearts and basil.
