French Toast ala Morrie: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup MIlk

  • 1 teaspoon Almond Flavoring

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 10 slices Raisin Bread

  • 5 Bananas

  • 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds

Step 1:

Mix ingredients together, dip bread in batter and fry in skillet, turning when each side is brown. Toast almonds in separate, dry pan until nicely browned. Be careful not to burn them.

Step 2:

Slice bananas and place on top of french toast. Scatter a few toasted almonds on top, Serve with hot maple syrup.
