    The Park View offers a range of accommodation to suit every need, with double and twin rooms (also available for single occupation). All seven bedrooms are currently under refurbishment. The rooms are charmingly well appointed with flat screen colour television (freeview and DVD), ironing press and coffee making facilities. Each room has a modern en suite bathroom with towels and a full range of toiletries. The house is late Georgian and has a Yorkshire country guesthouse atmosphere. The panelled entrance lounge has an open fireplace and is ideal for those who wish to relax with tea or coffee. Standing in its own grounds The Park View has ample car parking space, as well as a pleasant country garden with trees and shrubs bordering the lawn. The garden has a large pond and waterfall which is a haven for a variety of birds and provides a pleasant environment in which to enjoy a drink. Here you will find yourself conveniently and centrally located at the hub of the Yorkshire network - the historic City of York, the vibrant and cosmopolitan City of Leeds, the market-town of Selby with its beautiful Abbey, the M62, the Dales and the coast... the list is endless. We are approximately 20 minutes from York, one of Europe's most beautiful cities, where outstanding architecture and over 2000 years of history combine with bustling streets and numerous award winning museums and galleries.

      A19 from York|Road|10|Follow the A19 towards Selby, go through Escrick and the next village is Riccall. Take the second right turning by the Watertower and we are approximately 200 metres on the right hand side. A19 from Selby|Road|4|Follow the A19 towards York. Turn left at the Watertower and we are 200 metres further down on the right hand side. Selby|Train|4|Take the 415 bus from Selby towards York. This bus stops just 100 metres from The Park View. If you look out for the Watertower get out at that stop. Walk towards the village and we would be on the right hand side 100 metres further down.
