    Your hosts Maureen and George welcome you to The Burswood. For your pleasure, we have tastefully decorated our guest rooms and fitted them out with beautiful beds and bedroom furniture, plus a few antiques together with the best in bedding for your comfort. For your every need and requirement, our en-suite bath and shower rooms have been designed and fitted out with luxury in mind, using only the best of towels and bath sheets, plus bath robes. Our Dining Room’s panoramic windows overlook our garden which provides a superb backdrop to leisurely enjoy the tasty Burswood 'Full English Breakfas't on English bone china crockery whilst watching the birds feeding. All meats are locally sourced, plus fresh fruit, juices, cereals, tea and fresh coffee. In addition to all the guest room facilities, we are pleased to share our garden with guests who wish to relax away from their rooms. Private parking within our grounds is provided for all guests.       AI|Road|10|From the AI Road turn off onto the A64 east towards York. Aprox 9 miles down the A64, turn off at the A1036 and follow the signs for city centre. Continue on past Tesco supermarket along Tadcaster Road and Burswood Guest House is situated at No 68, in the Dringhouses area, which is on the left side of the road. You will find we are a bungalow between to a small row of shops and the Fox and Roman Pub/Restaurant. Railway Station|Train|1.5|Burswood Guest House is situated on the left side of the road on Tadcaster Road which is the main incoming route (A1036) from the A64 on the South side of the city. Make sure you are on Tadcaster Road  Dringhouses, which begins at the city end starts at the Marriott Hotel and progress’s away from the city.
