    Brympton House is not a hotel but a stately home once owned by the Earls of Westmoreland. We do not offer hotel facilities [there is no reception desk for example] but the chance to experience staying in probably the Grandest B and B in the country! All guests are asked to check in before 6pm - a later check in can be arranged but needs to be organised before arrival. Late check in can only be arranged by contacting the house directly on 01935 862528. There are 14 bedrooms – all of which are centrally heated and have a quirky character. Each bedroom has an en suite shower or ball and claw feet bath, tea and coffee making facilites and FREEVIEW TV. The age of these rooms [the Fane rooms for example date from 1350] mean that guests should expect some of the doors to stick whilst some of the medieval windows don't open and the rooms are certainly not sound proofed to modern day standards! Guests who stay with us however - and around 60% of our guests are return visitors - all enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Brympton Estate, the glorious park [listed Grade 2* and winner of the Chrisites Garden of the year Award], playing croquet on the lawn, eating breakfast in the vaulted medievel hall and our mini farmyard of rescue animals including Ernie our much loved Buff Orpington cockeral who without fail wakes everyone up in the morning!
