    Sea-front Edwardian guest house. 15 mins walk along the flat promenade or 5 mins drive from Worthing town centre with its amenities and cafes/restaurants. All first floor rooms have good sea views. Ground floor en-suite room has garden view. All rooms have colour TV with freeview and free wireless broadband connection. A hair dryer is provided in each room. Sun lounge and garden for guests use at all times. All rooms have digital TVs with freeview and satellite TV is available in the lounge. Full English Breakfast is served from 7am - 8.45am. A large variety of cereals are available to start and porridge is also an option. For those not wishing for the full breakfast, many other choices are available. Most diets are catered for.. Please let us know in advance of your requirements. Wireless Broadband Wi-Fi installed.

      Worthing/Brighton|Bus|0.01|The Stagecoach 700 bus service between Portsmouth/Littlehampton/Worthing/Brighton passes oiutside the door. During the day, this service runs every 10 mins. London/Nationwide|Coach|0.5|National Express coach services use the stops by The Dome on the sea-front by the pier in the town centre. This is 15 mins walk from use. London Gatwick|Air|25|The nearest airports to Worthing are Gatwick or Southampton. Either use the excellent train network to reach us or use the services of a car rental company. Taxis are avaiable from Gatwick and these will cost approx £50 per journey. Shoreham airport offers services from the Channel Islands and Northern France. Worthing|Train|1|The nearest station is East Worthing, which is served by 'stopping' local trains from Brighton or Worthing. We are a 10 min walk from the station. Most long distance services from London and Portsmouth, use the main station in Worthing which is some 25 mins walk away. There are usually taxis available outside the station and the journey time is only 5 mins. Worthing|Road|0.5|We are located on the main coast road (A259). When entering Worthing from the north or west, use the A27 then follow A24 to town centre. As you enter the town, follow signs for the Aquarina swimming pool and 'hotels east'. Once on Brighton Road, continue pass the swimming pool for 300 yards and we are open the fishing boats on the beach. From Brighton and the east, use the A259 coast road. We are opposite the fishing boats juist as you enter the main town pass the 'Half Brick' pub.
