    Martin and Sue invite you to come and unwind at The Willowsmere Guest House in the beautiful Lake District National Park, we offer a home from home atmosphere and everything you need to make your stay a complete and relaxing experience. We are well positioned to act as a base for your Lake District holiday. We are a luxury Lake District Bed & Breakfast offering Hotel sized accommodation with a B&B personal and friendly service. Please note we cannot accommodate children under 12 years Windermere and Bowness have a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and gift shops for all tastes and budgets, many of them in Windermere within walking distance of The Willowsmere in Windermere. Relax in our South facing garden an ideal place to reflect on the days activities whilst enjoying a refreshing drink. Regular visitors to the Lakes will appreciate our large off-road car park which can accommodate boat and glider trailers with ease.

Windermere Station|Train|0.4|Windermere station is only an 8 minute walk away and connects quickly with the main West coast Inter-City line at Oxenholme, Kendal. From The Station Walk down the A591 towards Keswick for 400 metres. The Willowsmere is on the left. M6|Road|14|From the South, follow the M6 North to exit 36 and take the A591 towards Windermere, at Windermere continue on the A591 towards Ambleside and we are situated on the left just after St Mary's church. From the North, follow the M6 South to exit 40 and take the A66 to Keswick, follow the A591 South past Lake Thirlmere and Grasmere to Windermere, at the mini roundabout continue straight on and we are situated on the right just a few hundred metres beyond the junction.
