    Ravenscroft is a lovely old property situated between the busy villages of Windermere and Bowness.Set back from the road the property is very quiet and peaceful offering a haven for the perfect break away. Within easy walking distance to either Windermere and Bowness you will find a large array of cafes,bars and reataurants catering for everyones budget.The lake is a ten minute walk away where you can climb aboard one of the steamers and have a relaxing cruise around the lake. Ravenscroft is a perfect position for exploring the beautiful Lake District in the car or close by there are a couple of tour companies who will take you round the most lovely areas without you having to worry about driving.There is horse riding nearby and a fantastic golf course. Here at Ravenscroft we offer a very warm welcome to our guests. We have three individually styled bedrooms all containing flat screen televisions with Free View,tea and coffee making facilities,bottled water and hair dryer. There is a comfortable guest lounge where guests are very welcome to use with a log fire in the winter and a lovely garden and patio which is also for the use of our guests. We want our guests to leave feeling as though they have had a nice break away and always look forward to them returning.
