    Previously a Victorian gentleman’s residence, Harestock Lodge Hotel provides visitors to Winchester with stylish accommodation where guests can look forward to a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Located next to open country side, just minutes away from the historic city of Winchester and only a short drive from Salisbury, Stonehenge and the New Forest, Harestock Lodge Hotel is the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy a fabulous stay. Accommodation at Harestock Lodge Hotel includes a good quality breakfast; jams and marmalades are home made, pastries are warmed and all cooked food is prepared to order. In the evening there is a licensed bar in which to unwind or have a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel’s ‘Restaurant 65’ which is open to non residents, has received much critical acclaim. The restaurant, which overlooks the garden, upholds a colonial ambience with a light and airy colour scheme and walls adorned with photographs of a bygone era. White shuttered windows, green palms and oriental carpets also serve to enhance the relaxed and informal atmosphere. The food is fresh, well presented and unpretentious. The menu, which always includes some vegetarian options, is changed often to reflect what is available and in season. Harestock Lodge Hotel’s bedrooms are all situated within the same building, have been professionally designed, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Whilst most bedrooms are located on theFirst Floor which is accessed by a staircase, there are also bedrooms on the Ground Floor, some with facilities for elderly or disabled guests. Free on-site parking is available for hotel guests.

From the High Street travel through the mini-roundabout onto Romsey Road following the signs for Romsey, Southampton 2. At the first roundabout take the 1st exit onto the Stockbridge Road (signposted Andover, Stockbridge) 3. After just over 0.5 mile turn right onto Harestock Road (signposted Harestock, Andover, Newbury) 4. Harestock Lodge Hotel is a few hundred yards down Harestock Road on the right hand side. Winchester Train Station|Train|1|By Rail 1.Disembark train at Winchester Railway Station. 2.There is a taxi rank just outside of the train station and you should ask for Harestock Lodge Hotel, Harestock Road. The Hotel is approximately a mile to the north of the railway station.
