    With fresh modern features and high ceilings, the bar has a real modern and fun atmosphere. Bringing in the traditional pub on one side with the dart board and quiz machine, we also offer the relaxing but vibrant side with its deep leather bar stools. The food at the White Hart is homecooked & traditional with a little twist. We have an ever changing menu with caters for mostly everyone with a couple of real offers to look out for. We show sky sports on the Big screen in the bar with a range of bar snacks available during food service hours. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR ROOMS ARE SITUATED ABOVE AND CLOSE TO THE BAR WHICH OPENS UNTIL 1AM ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS We have started a full refurbishment of the hotel rooms with rooms 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14 and 18 already completed.       A34|Road|2|Driving south on the A34 come off at the signs for Whitchurch (approx 5 miles south of Newbury) Follow the road into town and the White Hart is siyuated on your left just before the mini roundabout. Car park is a left turn and at the end of the building. North off the A34 signed to whitchurch, follow the road into town 3rd exit at the roundabout and the White Hart is on your right. Turn right and the carpark is after the building on your left
