Southville Guest House is a family-run 8 bedroom guest house. Southville is conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the beach and only a 10 minute walk along the seafront into the town centre where you can find a wide selection of restaurants and bars. We are a 5-10 minute walk from both the train station and main bus and coach drop offs. We are a 2 minute drive from the Condor Ferry. Southville Guest House is a Victorian terrace opposite St Johns Church. We have free car parking facilities behind the property for our guests which can accommodate 6 cars. Southville has 8 rooms many of which are ensuite and have a modern decor. There is a large family room which can have a cot added or become a twin or triple room. We have 2 single rooms and a semi-ensuite double room. There are 4 double ensuite rooms one of which is a ground floor room which is easily accessible. All of the rooms have a television with Freeview and a DVD player for guests to watch their own DVDs. All rooms have access to free WiFi throughout. All rooms have tea coffee and many other choices of hot drinks in a well stocked hospitality tray including sweets and biscuits. All rooms have a hair dryer and ironing facilities can be provided. Each guest has plenty of fluffy towels for their stay and a selection of toiletries are provided. Southville offers a wide variety of breakfast options including usually over 15 cereal choices! If you fancy just a piece of toast thats fine but we also have yoghurts fresh fruit and our tasty freshly cooked English breakfast. Many of our regular guests particularly look forward to our cooked breakfasts some even wish they could have them on arrival! Our check-in and check-out times can be flexible if arranged directly with us before your arrival especially to accommodate the Condor Ferry crossings. We try to be as accommodating as possible. If you have any other requirements just ask it may be possible!

Condor Ferry Terminal|Boat|0.8|Leave the Ferry Terminal and follow the seafront around the Amusement Gardens and bear right towards the town centre. Follow the seafront along to the red Jubilee Clock tower. Go straight over the mini-roundabout continuing along the seafront. St Johns Church will shortly appear in front of you. Southville is located directly opposite the Church on the left hand side.;Train Station|Train|0.4|Exit Weymouth Train Station on foot. Follow the main road King Street up toward the red Jubilee Clock Tower remaining on the same side of the road as the station. When you reach the Esplanade turn to your left and continue walking away from the clock. Soon you will see St. Johns Church walk towards the Church Southville is directly opposite the church.;Morrisons Manor Roundabout|Road|1.3|Straight over at the roundabout passing Morrisons on your left. Follow Dorchester Road toward the town centre. As you near the seafront the road divides into 2 lanes take the right hand lane and bear right towards the town centre. You pass St. Johns Church on your right hand side bear right immediately after the Church. Southville is directly in front of you. To access the car park follow the left lane outside Southville turn left on the zebra crossing and left again into Grange Road.;
