    Situated in the seaside town of Weymouth in Dorset our five bedroom, three star rated guest house, offers a warm and friendly welcome from Honor and Rich anytime of the year. Preecelands B & B is a guest house located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking facilities from the main link road, with the beach, town centre and ferry being within walking distance from the accommodation. All rooms have undergone a recent refurbishment, and now offer free wi-fi, television/dvd player and hospitality tray. In addition, four of the rooms now offer an en-suite, with the final room having its own private bathroom. There are limited number of parking spaces to the front of the property We can offer a late check in facility, and we can also arrange for an early breakfast if you need to leave before a specific time.
