      M5|Road|13|Exit at M5 at J22. Then take A38 towards Bristol/Weston super Mare for approx 1 mile. Turn right towards MARK. After 2 miles turn left at T-junction onto B3139. Continue on B3139 for about 10 miles towards WELLS. Proceed through WEDMORE, THEALE, PANBOROUGH, BLEADNEY, HENTON. The next village is YARLEY, just after this sign turn right at the first crossroads you will see a sign for Cross Farm, furniture maker on this corner and SEEKINGS is the third property on your left.
