    Steve and Thapanne would like to Welcome you to their warm and friendly family run Guest House, where we hope you will have a pleasurable and memorable stay. All our Bedrooms are located on the Ground Floor and have en-suite shower facilities. Towels and soap are also provided for you. Our 3 Deluxe rooms have a patio/seating area overlooking the garden but everybody can enjoy the grounds. We also have deluxe doubles, standard doubles, Twin and Single Rooms. Walk around our 3 acres of Landscaped Gardens, with Pear, Apple and Plum Trees. We also have a Koi Carp pond and hungry Squirrels and Ducks always eager for feeding. Each morning from 7am we serve a Hearty English Breakfast with Tea, Coffee or Orange Juice in our Dining Room, which is included in the room rate. There a Two local Village Pubs The Unicorn and The Queen within a couple of minutes walk serving Food (and Cask Ales at The Unicorn) with occasional entertainment. Foxwood is Ideally located in the village of Carlton, approximately 1 mile from Rothwell and midway between Leeds and Wakefield. A 10 minute drive in any direction will take you to either City Centres. Leeds is an excellent place for shopping. Visit Harvey Nichols and have lunch in their 4th floor Cafe, or relax with a coffee and a sandwich at Pickles and Potters Deli. Why not take in a show at the Grand Theatre ending with the Fantastic nightlife Leeds has to offer. Take a walk down Greek Street or The Calls and enjoy the many bars there is to offer.

      A650 leeds road|Road|1.5|Depending on which direction you are coming from turn at the old halway house pub towards Rothwell, 300yds turn right signed carlton, follow to very end T-Junction turn left go past Unicorn Pub follow road for 100yds on the sharp right bend take the the right road follow little pig barn signs. Foxwood is on you right on Carr Lane woodlesford station|Train|2|Taxi call 01132829060 rothwell line or gm taxis 01132822090 M62|Road|2|Exit Junction 30 M62 Follow signs to Wakefield, immediately get into right hand lane, Take right filter lane and Turn right signed Lofhouse and Oozlewell Green, Follow road for approx 1.5 mile to Carlton village drive past the Unicorn Pub on you left, straight on about 100yds, at a sharp left hand bend exit right follow signs to the little pig barn. Foxwood is straignt on and you will see it on your right hand side.
