      From Exeter take the A377 towards Barnstaple At Morchard Road (village) take the B3220 to Great Torrington. From the town take the A386 towards Bideford but as you leave Torrington town at the bottom of the hill by the Puffing Billy pub take the left at the pink house and follow the signs to Frithelstock. Proceed up the hill for 1 mile. Pass the pub and church, proceed for approx 1 mile & Broadpark is the first property you will come to on the right hand side of the road.
