      M5 Motorway at Exeter|Road|17|From the M5 at Exeter, continue south onto the A38. After 3 miles, fork left onto the A380, signposted Torquay. Stay on the A380 until the roundabout at the start of the A3022 (approx.12.5miles) Follow the A3022 Riviera Way, straight over all traffic lights for approx. 1.5 miles, until you see Torre Station and Halfords on the right. Move into the right hand lane for the approaching lights. Fork right (signposted Paignton, Brixham & seafront). This is Avenue Road. We are 220 yds on the left.
