    Our accommodation has 9 beautifully decorated rooms all with ensuite facilities, and access to free wireless internet. For your comfort some of the rooms have superkingsize beds and large bathrooms with both a bath and shower. Bedrooms to the rear of the property have lovely views over the local park and the Victorian villas of Chelston beyond. Whether you are planning a short break, annual holiday or attending a conference at the Riveria Conference Centre we have room adaptability to suit your needs. Many of our guests return each year and their reviews on Tripadvisor give a true reflection of the service we offer. Leave your car in our car park and enjoy the many activities within the Torquay and Torbay area, we are conveniently located for visitors to travel to other parts of South Devon, with the beauty of Dartmoor only a short drive away. Visitors can enjoy some great days out from the guest house such as coastal and inland walks, fishing, beach days or visiting the local attractions. Torquay train station is just an 8 minute walk away as is the seafront, a stroll along the promenade will bring you to Princess Theatre, Torquay harbour and shopping centre. At the end of a hard sightseeing day relax in our licensed bar or enjoy a 4 course home cooked evening meal, please indicate on the booking form that you require a meal on your day of arrival, Nicola will contact you with a menu to ensure your dietary requirements are catered for. The cost of the meal will be added to your account. Please note there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement for Easter and August.

      M5|Road|20|From the M5 at Exeter, take the A38 until they separate. Follow the A380 to Newton Abbot and continue on this road until you reach the English Riviera roundabout. Follow the A30 signposted to Torquay. Keep to the left hand lane until you see (on the right hand side) a Halfords & Torre Station, bear right at Traffic lights (signposted Paignton & Seafront) into Avenue Road. At the second set of lights turn sharp left into Falkland Road. Buckingham Lodge is about 100 yards on the left hand side.
