Avenue Park Guest House is owned by Keith & Sandra Walker who look forward to welcoming you and making your stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible and pride themselves in their warm welcome and friendly service along with good food and clean comfortable accommodation. Ideally located 500 metres from the beach and just 50 metres from Torre Abbey mansions and gardens, you can enjoy a short walk that takes in the museum, art gallery and grounds which lead to tennis courts, a bowling green, crazy golf, a pitch and put and the beach. Walking along the sea front for a further few minutes will bring you to The Princess Theatre which hosts all kinds of shows and entertainers and then Torquay harbour and town centre with its shops and restaurants. The train station is closer at just 5 minutes walk. We are also a 4 minute walk from The Riviera Centre with its swimming pool, gym and restaurants, so ideal for attending conferences and events. For those interested in walking Avenue Park provides the ideal base for exploring the South West coastline.

Bear right at the traffic lights by Halfords into Avenue Road and we are opposite the park just before the 2nd set of traffic lights. There is a red post box on the left pavement in front of us. Parking is free on the road.
