    Toomer Farm is an Organic working farm of some 375 acres situated on the Somerset/Dorset border, The house dates back to the Elizabethan era when it was the Manor House for the area. It still has its dove cote and small original ponds. There is a large walled garden which includes a small orchard, we use the fruit to make jams etc which we sell for charity, also a large vetable garden which supplies all our vegetables for the year. The garden is there for you to enjoy, either with your complimentary glass of wine, or you may bring you own picnic or there is a barbecue which you may use. The guest sccommodation consists of family rooms, this is for a family of four with a double bed and bunk beds, or a double room or a small family room with a double bed and a single bed, we try to accommodate all your needs, but we would ask you to remember that it is a llisted building and we cannot make the windows any bigger or knock the inside of the house about to make the en-suites any larger. All the rooms are en-suite, and have TV, heating, tea & coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board, mini fridge, & a complimentary glass of wine and water. The family rooms also have a microwave. There is a lovely Drawing Room for your use, and the family Dining Room where a traditional english breakfast is served, please tell us if you have any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you..
