    It is situated about one minute from the centre of town, local restaurants and pubs and of course the sea and award winning sandy beaches. A range of outdoor activities including swimming, scuba diving, walking in the Purbeck Hills, golf and horse riding are close at hand. It has its own private car at the rear of the property so your car will be safe in the middle of town. It also has a small courtyard garden. The current owners , Marios and Annie Lambis, have lived for many years in the Mediterranean and so the food and the house has a special Mediterranean feel. All food is sourced using the highest quality produce from local suppliers. It is freshly cooked to order and offers a variety of choices. This can include: - a freshly cooked full English breakfast, using produce from local farms - a continental breakfast with a variety of fine cheeses, hams and sausages, breads and preserves - an all in one ""Annie's special Mediterranean omelette"" - a vegetarian menu - fair-trade teas and coffees - a selection of homemade breads - a selection of cereals and fresh fruit juices - fresh fruit salads to die for The one thing we can promise you is excellent, locally sourced food, cooked to a very high standard. The B&B has a non smoking policy for all guests

Bristol|Road|77.2|Head south out of Bristol. Take the A37/Wells Rd for 10 miles. Left to stay on A37 for about 8 miles. Move to A361 for 1.2 miles, at roundabout take 1st exit onto A371 (5.5 mi). Left at A371/Station Rd (6.1 mi). Move to A357, & keep heading south on this road until you reach a right turn to the A3030. Left at B3143/Blackrow Ln (12 mi). Left at B3142. Merge onto A35. Right onto Sugar Hill. Keep heading south, drive through Wareham, past Corfe Castle. Keep on A351; right at Taunton Road. Weymouth|Road|28.5|Head out of Weymouth on the A353/Preston Rd (2.5 miles). At roundabout take 2nd exit to stay on A353 (4.4mi). At Warmwell Cross Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A352/Wareham Rd (6.4 mi). Turn left to stay on A352 (4.5 mi). At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A351 (4.5 mi). Turn right at A351/East St (4.6 mi). Turn left at A351/High St, continue on A351 (1 mi). Turn right at A351/Shore Rd, turn right at Taunton Rd. We're on the right.
